Psalm 119:169-176 (Wednesday 7/22) Meditation

169 Let my cry come near before thee, O LORD: give me understanding according to thy word.
170 Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word.
171 My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes.
172 My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness.
173 Let thine hand help me; for I have chosen thy precepts.
174 I have longed for thy salvation, O LORD; and thy law is my delight.
175 Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee; and let thy judgments help me.
176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.

The back bone of Psalm 119 is in verse 175 "Let me live that I may praise you, and let your ordinances hellp me."
That is what our lives are to be, living to praise the Almighty God, and His ways are our help in our lives. The light and lamp under our feet. We should take joy in allthe scriptures, for they are RIGHT AND FAIR.
Grace and peace and blessings

Jesus tells us clearly “But seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all of these things shall be added unto you.”
I find myself sometimes singing songs from my heart to God, and speaking words from my mouth from my heart about our Heavenly Father. But there is some O God that needs deliverance that is bound with sin, fear, doubt; and Paul said, such were some of you! Some of us wandered astray from God statutes and He picked us up and brought us back. I was like Job; for Job said “ But He knoweth the way I take: When He has tried me, I shall come forth as Gold.
